Every Indigo Ink Creations design is created in-house by the Indigo Ink Studios team. We focus on original artwork, thoughtful design, and products made to look as good in person as they do on screen. We are in the process of transitioning all of our artwork to artist created.
Quality Assurance, Damaged Items, and Print Quality:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or encounter any concerns about print quality, please share pictures with us at support@indigoinkcreations.com. We are here to assist and will promptly work with you to find a solution, which may include sending a replacement or considering a refund. Collaborating with printing partners, we strive for excellence in every product. Mistakes can occasionally happen, and we appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, we are dedicated to addressing issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
Returns Policy
Fabric: Returns are accepted on fabric purchases. Please contact us at support@indigoinkcreations.com to begin the return process.
T-Shirts & Mugs: Because t-shirts and mugs are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with the product or print quality.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
